About Me

I’m a Human Resources provider with over 20 years experience. Before HR I practiced employment law in California. Although I am no longer a practicing attorney, I always look at HR through the legal lens. I am well-versed in all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations, engagement, DE&I, benefits, immigration, compliance, performance and other areas. I really enjoy teaching and consulting HR. I also taught HR at the collegiate level for over five years.
