Registered Yoga Therapist & Certified Neuro Coach with over 5 years experience coaching clients. My favorite part of coaching is seeing my clients build confidence, achieve their goals and build a successful life for themselves! I spent 6 years as a corporate performance coach where I oversaw a team auditors and coaches. Empowering my coaches to make a powerful impact in their client’s lives was rewarding but nothing compares to the front lines! Now, I am back to seeing clients on a 1-1 basis.
