I Am A Hip Hop Artist Known For My Unpredictable Blend Of Heavy Abstract Rap Lyrics With Dark Emotional Melodies. My Addictive Debut Song, "Like Assata," Was Released In 2013 After Debuting My First Ep, "Inside Out.” I’ve Been Writing, Producing Beats, And Telling Stories With Music And Cameras Ever Since. I Was Born In The Bronx, New York, In A One Bedroom Apartment With My Mother, Father, And Four Siblings. My Childhood Was A Bumpy One. I Coped With The Violence And Heartbreak That Impacted My Early Teenage Years By Forming My Own Gang, "Tuff N***** Only," Leading To Several Arrests As I Tried To Fit Into My Environment, Having Spent My Young Childhood In Antigua A Far Different Place Than The South Bronx Neighborhood Where I Found Myself Coming Of Age. My Tough Life Choices Shaped My Music And Galvanized My Unflinching Will To Grind Harder To Follow My Dreams. My Early Experiences Were The Basis For My Experimental Artistic Process, Embracing Creative Risks To Build Unexpected Sounds. Most Meaningfully, My Lived Experiences Informed The Social Justice And Anti Violence Messages That Permeate My Music. Music Has Always Been The Most Powerful Force Of Mental Health And Inspiration In My Life, Truths I Share As I Delve Into Themes Of Mental Health, Substance Use Disorder, And Other Issues That Have Impacted My Life. Fortunately, Converging With My Turbulent Childhood, My Love For Music Introduced Me To Artistic Mentors Who Have Profoundly Impacted My Personal And Creative Development Namely Caktuz, Spiritchild, And Dillon Depalmer, Among Others. In 2008 After Being Released From Juvenile Detention, I Was Placed On One Year Probation And In An Alternative To Incarceration Program Called The Center For Community Alternatives (Cca). At Cca, I Learned To Manage My Anger Through Poetry, Rap Lyrics, And Decision Making Capabilities. I Leveraged These Skills To Become A Model Employee. Cca Had Created A Recording Studio For The Youth To Better Express Themselves. D
