About Me

Dr. Winborne is currently the International President of THE ETHIOPIAN WORLD FEDERATION, INCORPORATED, Chairman of the International Executive Council 2019-Present, he is also the President of The Ethiopian World Federation, Inc. Harlem Local #26. He is the Founder and Director of the New Economic Opportunity Project, also known as Project NEO. He has devised a collective Economic financial platform that puts money directly into the pockets of struggling men and women, the disenfranchised and the small black owned businesses in our communities. He is also the Founder of the NEO Nation radio broadcast, and the NEO Institute of Self- Empowerment. He is the former Pastor of the Newark Tabernacle of Prayer for He is Currently in his 48th year of teaching on the matters of spirit and ultimate personal potential and has been recognized by the Shift Charlotte organization, as a trailblazer in the Science of Spirituality, as it pertains to personal growth and development. As a trained Conflict Revolutionist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy he has developed several programs suitable for individuals and groups dealing with issues of Anger Management. He is an accomplished finance professional with extensive real estate/real estate financing and mortgage brokerage experience. The founder and former president of Loan AmeriCorp Inc. mortgages brokers. In addition, he is an A1 Consultant to Pro Se Litigants engaged in foreclosure mitigation.  He is an accomplished author, with over 11 published books, 5 dealing with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in circulation. He has  excellent organizational skills, detail driven and is always applying his valuable skills and experience to meet and maintain business objectives. He is a strategic thinker with an exemplary ability to resolve complex issues.
