I am a professional chef and culinary instructor. I am classically trained in French cuisine and have additional training in international cuisines. I have taught culinary arts for the past 10 years to adults, high school students, and middle school students. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge of culinary arts and making a positive impact on the world. I hold an associate of applied science in culinary arts, bachelor of arts in education, and a master of education administration. With over 15 years in the restaurant, catering, and education industry, I am confident that I can share my knowledge and skills with you to meet your goals.
