My background encompasses organizational behavior, resilience, performance techniques, and transformational growth processes for senior executives and their teams. Moreover, I bring extensive experience in planning and executing major projects, strategy development, product development, and team leadership. In addition to my Ph.D. in organizational behavior, I hold an Executive MBA from St. Gallen University, along with various certifications from esteemed institutions such as the University of Cambridge, Stanford University, and UC Berkeley. I am also an ICF-certified coach.
