Kassiani, is a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), trained in the yoga capital of the world—Rishikesh, India. With a background in Early Childhood Care and TEFL English teaching, she brings a nurturing and communicative presence to her classes. Her nationality is Greek and South African. She is A passionate lover of music, breath, and the natural world, her travels through Southeast Asia deepened her connection to yoga, meditation, and diverse cultures. Bilingual in English and Greek, she shares a warm, creative, and heart-centered approach to movement and mindfulness, creating inclusive and soulful spaces for growth, healing, and self-discovery.
