About Me

I see solutions where it feels like there are none, and I know how to get things done. I'll help you build the teams, find the data, and implement the technology to move your company forward. I'm Dr Lisa Bage. I worked in the corporate world for over 30 years. I've helped hundreds of managers become the manager they want to be and that their teams deserve. I've made the mistakes, missed the vacations, and learned what it takes to be successful. Leaders who work with me know how to build teams that succeed, and that people want to work in. My background is heavily influenced by data analysis. Most companies struggle to identify what data is available, what is needed, and how to capture and use the data they have to make decisions. I teach people to use data to drive decisions that move the company forward. Some of the hardest decisions companies make is in the technology they use. Your technology decisions drive employee engagement and customer satisfaction, but switching or improving your technology can create more dissatisfaction than satisfaction. I have implemented multiple system changes in a way that leverages the benefits and diminishes the change drama.
