About Me

I'm an inspirational/transformational certified life coach of over 25 years. I assist you in transforming your life mentally, relationally, spiritually, and emotionally to give you a new perspective and outlook. I have a no-nonsense, direct approach to your unique circumstances. Women of all ages, backgrounds, and lifestyles experience traumatic situations, mental struggles, low self-esteem, and toxic relationships, whether married, divorced or in a relationship as a single woman. Life coaching helps you manage and teach you to set boundaries that would otherwise keep you in bondage because of false obligations and false images. I am here to help you break these cycles stemming from abandonment, abuse of any kind, rejection, fear, and insecurities. My policy is to remain with you until completion. I also have a strict confidentiality policy.
