An innovator in the pet and technology space, Molly Blomquist is a self-made entrepreneur and the founder of four successful companies across the globe. Molly established her first business in London in 2015. The company’s rapid growth led to international recognition and expansion efforts. She is responsible for the strategic vision and development in new markets. Her leadership acumen has led to employee satisfaction and high retention rates. Molly cultivates a culture that’s built for success and brings a passionate approach to employee development as well as the customer experience. Molly’s expertise has led to several speaking engagements and mentoring sessions for new entrepreneurs and small to medium sized businesses. Growing up in a small Ohio town gave her the humble roots of work ethic, humility, and determination. These traits helped her build multiple businesses from an initial concept to a high performing companies. She’s known for her innovative ideas, savvy scale-up solutions, and tenacious determination. Molly brings a big-picture approach with a focus on growing companies and investing in others to do the same. She is an advocate of coaching, mentoring, and giving back. Prior to starting her first business, Molly worked as a civil servant. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and has a Bachelors in Criminal Justice from Wheeling Jesuit University.
