My experience spans about 25 years focused on areas of Agile Software Design, Product Ownership, Managed IT, System/Data Analysis, and Team Leadership. Whether it be work in startups or multi-billion valued enterprises, the same approach has been applied - dedicated work ethic, organized approach, fluid cross-functional communication, and leadership style to elevate others around me to their max potential.
