About Me

I am a former executive with 38 years of professional work in complex technical fields. Certified at the PCC level with the International Coaching Federation I have completed over 2,000 hours of one-on-one coaching with more than 700 different clients. My areas of specialization include: executive, leadership, supervisory, conflict, and communications coaching. I work with emerging leaders up through C-suite executives. As a former senior executive who came up through the ranks, I can relate to the challenges my clients face, as well as the next-step growth opportunities they’re looking to achieve. My approach as a coach is to be a trusted partner to my clients. This partnership encourages self-discovery, generates self-awareness, and allows for new learnings. My coaching relationships always focus on the client and maintain elements of mutual respect, support, and transparency in a safe, non-judgmental space. I apply a very objectives and results focused approach to help clients identify and develop practical and sustainable actions to address their improvement areas.
