About Me

I've been working in studios and as an independent for major artists for more than twenty years. My clients include Eagles, Alanis Morissette, Wendy and Lisa and many more, as producer, editor or programmer. I also compose for television and film. My philosophy is always to make choices that preserve musicality and intent, rather than limit or mechanize a performance, and to use all available tools and resources to do so - one can solve problems with clever tech but it's better to do the right thing first. I consult on performance, editing choices and techniques, offer supportive critique on songs and production, and in the composing realm I offer guidance on software, libraries, techniques for realism, process, and configuration of one's operating template.
