About Me

Hello! I’m Sam, owner of Soulful Glow! I am a certified Life and Fitness Coach For about 5yrs now. It’s always been my passion to help individuals get to where they deserve to be. I’ve been practically doing it all my life, which is why I chose to become a Coach. It’s always come so natural to me. I can connect with almost anyone and I love being able to hear all different types of stories. I generally want to be that person I wish I had in my life when I needed it most. But, I’m glad I went through what I did so that I can be there for you! I specialize in Fitness coaching as well as life/balance coaching. I am here to not only boost those confidence levels, but also bring out that inner you that you’ve been hiding for so long, help you find your path, and showing you just how capable you are. One thing for sure I care about all of my clients and will not sugar coat anything. I am here to really push my clients and get you all the results you’re looking for.
