About Me

With nearly 20 years off bbq experience, in both restaurants and catering, I've had the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. I developed and presented my own series of classes at our local community College the ran for 3 summers. I enjoy helping folks find their own bbq style and flavors. I can show everything from making basic sauces and rubs, meat trimming and prep to full cook demos.
