I am a trained chef. Currently, I am a Volunteer Manager with Hospice. I haven’t bought a loaf of bread since 2011. I go through 25 lbs/11kg of flour every 5-6 weeks. I specialize in bread making; hand or machine; metric and volume. I focus on home cooks with easy to follow instructions.
