About Me

Hi! I’m Ally I’m a photographer, videographer + business strategist! I’ve been shooting for over 10 years and no matter what I am capturing one thing remains the same - my love of storytelling. If you were to have told me years ago that I would be a full fledged entrepreneur with my own company I would have never believed you! In fact I graduated with a degree in Criminology! Oh do I have stories for YOU. So many people used to tell me to get into marketing and I guess I didn't listen because I wanted to use my degree. At some point I felt stuck with no direction and while others had cool hobbies I had nothing. I turned to photography as a way to express my creative side and well…. After just a year of shooting, it turned into a business! Soon enough I started Allyfotografy and was capturing portraits, newborns, weddings you name it! While I still shoot portraits, my main squeeze is really in content marketing and business strategy! I have such a passion for storytelling and helping people succeed in their businesses. I wake up everyday so grateful to be able to do what I love. When I'm not working … ( which is a rarity lol) I love to spend time with my little family. My amazing husband Andrew has been such a guiding light in helping build this business. I would not be where I am today without him by my side. In fact this is why I named the company Allyfofografy - Fotografy - for his Portuguese roots!
