About Me

My name is Dina and I've been helping people gain confidence speaking in public, give a "killer speech," and nail the interview for over five years. I've also developed a program to help you develop your desired professional reputation (personal branding), including learning the etiquette needed to support that. I do so by providing an individualized program that focuses on bringing out an individual's strengths and giving them tools they can use to improve in other areas. My professional experiences as a chemical engineer, combined with my etiquette certification and teaching experience provide me with a unique perspective for helping others succeed. Although my degree is in engineering, I moved into teaching over 14 years ago. My passion is one-on-one instruction as I can identify a student's learning style and needs and tailor lessons for the individual situation. I don't take a "one size fits all approach" with my students. This individualized approach has enabled people in all situations and professions, including entrepreneurs, CEOs, non-native English speakers, and political candidates to build confidence in any situation. Whether it's delivering a one time "killer speech" or off-the-cuff remarks in a meeting or presenting in front of a crowd of a thousand, I can help you too. In addition to bringing a wealth of knowledge about the application of etiquette, I've developed over 60 different exercises and activities that I can pull from to help you develop good speaking habits, connect with your audience and improve your confidence. Interview preparation students I have worked with have been successful in getting their dream jobs, accepted to medical schools and MBA programs at MIT Sloan, CMU Tepper, and Babson among others. I help interview candidates identify their strengths and speak about them in ways that make them shine through but is still authentic. I also help candidates identify any potential concerns in their history or resume and enable them to address those in a constructive manner.
