Over the past 8 years, I have spend countless hours and put in blood, sweat, and tears, to create the ultimate online health and wellness program for clients all over the world. I have helped hundreds of women not only reach their fitness goals but to transform their lives into the healthiest and happiest version they envisioned. Anyone who is a health and wellness professional knows that being healthy is about so much more than the number on the scale and in order to create lasting change, you have to get to the root cause of the issues and habits that got the client to their "low point" in the first place. But getting down to the nitty gritty detail and getting clients to open up to you can be easier said than done.
