About Me

I ma recognized for my ability to influence mindsets and transform cultures, I am an accomplished human resources business partner who blends my comprehensive knowledge and unique perspective to develop and drive impactful strategic human capital plans. I am known for my transparency, enthusiasm, and authenticity, and leverages those qualities to optimize company operations and achieve business objectives. I have served in a variety of human resources roles administering employee relations issues; performing internal investigations; driving full cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of staff; and advising leadership on employment laws and government regulations. I have extensive and ongoing experience training teams on new policies and procedures. I am passionate about advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs. I hold a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida. I am recognized as a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and hold a specialty credential in workplace investigations from the SHRM.
