About Me

I'm a chef, certified pitmaster, certified judge. I have 25 years as a pitmaster and have cooked competitively and judged KCBS, SCBA and SBN. I have done live fire events and cooked whole animals usually Hog, but have done cows, goats and lamb. I can teach you the finer points of cooking backyard to events and opening your own store.
