I'm a chef with degrees in culinary arts and hospitality management. I enjoy sharing my love of cooking. I teach high school culinary arts classes, recreational cooking classes and I have a meal prep business that focuses on the elderly. I prefer cooking over baking and I am knowledgeable about a wide range of cuisines.
