Howdy! I'm a professional coffee nerd based in Austin, Texas. My areas of expertise include dialing in home espresso, perfecting the pour-over, latte art, and palate development. I'm certified to teach SCA Brewing and Barista Skills modules, and recently founded a coffee classes business called Barista Friend.
