Hi, I’m Paula. Let's talk about what matters most to you. I’m a certified executive and organizational development coach and hold my ACC certification through the International Coaching Federation. I hold my M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, my PHR and SHRM-CP certifications, and am a certified trainer for: Dare to Lead™, InsideOut Coaching™, Insights Discovery™, #IamRemarkable®, Myers Briggs Type Indicator™ (MBTI), Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue™ and Franklin Covey’s The 6 Critical Practices of Leading a Team™. Optimistic Realist and Extroverted Introvert. I have a serious passion for leadership development and coaching people to their potential. In short, I live for those coveted “light bulb” moments! I help leaders Cultivate Insight and Influence Change in their personal and professional lives so they can transform their relationships and results through courageous conversation and reach their potential. I believe people have Inner Wisdom waiting to be discovered, so I practice a partnership philosophy in my leadership and client relationships. I enjoy co-creating brave new endings, and extraordinary results, with courage and curiosity. I make my home in Minneapolis by Lake Nokomis with my two furry roommates, Vivian and Josephine. I love lake life, sunshine and tacos and believe any day is a good day when it involves reading, singing, gardening, hiking, and helping other people learn.
