About Me

Not everyone is suited for traditional music education, but that doesn't mean music isn't for you! My name is Tara G. Noire, and as a highly-skilled, self-taught vocalist, musician, and music producer with over 28 years of experience, I want to help you reach your musical goals and enhance your skills. I have ADHD, which was diagnosed in my adulthood, and that combined with my deeply melaninated complexion, I know how hard it can be to both find and have affirmed your own voice. In a society that often mislabels differences in learning as disabilities or deficits, my lived experience has boldly proven the opposite to be true. Musical intelligence is developed; being born with a talent means nothing. Like any other muscle, and its growth is dependent on the work and effort a person is willing to put into it. How you learn, even more than what you learn, matters. As your vocal and/or music production coach, we'll delve deep into your own authentic style and sound and set goals that will help you shine as bright as you want. Ready to get started?
